From August through December of 2011, my family and I traveled around the world on Semester at Sea's Fall 2011 Voyage. During that time, this blog was devoted to photographic endeavors in 14 countries over those 111 days, though we are now back to reality after an amazing adventure!

Gallop at the Grove 2011
The 4th Annual Gallop at the Grove 5k/1k Run was today, and 2011 marks the fourth year I've covered it. I had a little help from a friend, Marty Pelletier, who aptly covered the finish line while I was out on the 5k race course. Thanks again for donating your time to a great cause, Marty! Despite our recent winter-like spring weather, we woke Sunday morning to warm temperatures and light wind. Of course the wind would come up just prior to the start, but it didn't stop Dart Schwaderer from setting a new course record of 15:59! A great time was had by all, and what follows are a few selects from the day.
